Tomato Zoltano F1 is an early determinate variety with a vegetation period of 85 to 98 days, allowing harvest within relatively short timeframes. The plant reaches a height of 50 to 110 cm depending on growing conditions, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers. The variety is distinguished by good resistance to diseases such as alternaria and tomato mosaic virus, contributing to stable and high-quality yields. The fruits of tomato Zoltano F1 have an original shape — heart-shaped or oval with a smooth surface and slightly ribbed structure. Their color ranges from golden-orange to rich yellow-orange. Fruit weight ranges from 90 to 170 grams, making them convenient for whole-fruit canning and use in fresh salads. The tomatoes possess excellent taste qualities and high transportability, which is especially important for commercial cultivation and sales. Yield is high, reaching 19-20 kg per square meter in open ground and 5-6 kg per square meter under plastic covers. The plant regenerates well after harvest, allowing multiple fruiting waves during the season. For planting, seedlings aged about 50 days are recommended, sown in moist soil to a depth of 1-1.5 cm in March, and transplanted into open ground or greenhouses in April-May at a spacing of 70x40 cm. Due to its characteristics, the Zoltano F1 variety is an excellent choice for cultivation both at home and in commercial vegetable farming.
