YELLOW SUGAR

Tomato variety Yellow Sugar is a medium-early indeterminate type that reaches maturity in about 95 days. The plants are medium-height, reaching 1.4–1.5 meters, and require staking to increase yield and prevent stem breakage. Suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground, this variety demonstrates resistance to diseases and adverse weather conditions.

The fruits of Yellow Sugar tomato are large, with an attractive lemon-yellow color. They have a flat-round or plum-like shape and weigh between 250 to 350 grams, though smaller fruits weighing up to 25 grams are also common. The flesh is juicy and sweet with a slight acidity, making them ideal for fresh salads, juice preparation, and dietary meals. High beta-carotene and vitamin content further enhances their nutritional value.

The yield of this variety is 7–8 kg per square meter, with up to 4 kg of fruit per plant.
