Tomato SUGAR ORANGE

A Sunny Delicacy for Your Garden

The "Sakhar Oranzhevyi" (Orange Sugar) tomato from the Sedek seed company is the perfect choice for those who prioritize flavor over purely industrial market traits. Unlike standard red varieties, this tomato boasts high beta-carotene and sugar levels, making it ideal for healthy and child-friendly diets. Its flesh has a characteristic sugary texture when broken, which is exactly how it earned its name.

Agronomic Flexibility

The key feature of this hybrid is its adaptability. Depending on your growing conditions and pruning methods, you can achieve either compact determinate forms or more robust indeterminate plants. The variety is notably early-maturing, with the first harvest possible just 90 days after emergence. Fruit weight ranges from compact 80g tomatoes to hefty 200g specimens, allowing for versatile use — from whole-fruit canning to fresh juices and salads.

Why choose "Sakhar Oranzhevyi"?

• Transportability: Despite the tender flesh, the fruit skin is impressively durable, ensuring the produce survives transit without losing its market appearance.
• Yield Potential: With proper agricultural practices, the yield capacity reaches 70-100 tons per hectare, making it a viable option even for commercial farms targeting niche markets.
• Stability: As the originator, Sedek ensures high-quality seed material, which is crucial for achieving a uniform crop.

While the benefits are numerous, keep in mind that orange varieties require regular irrigation and micro-nutrient fertilization to fully develop their complex flavor profile. This is not a "set-it-and-forget-it" crop, but its sweet taste and high yield potential make every bit of effort worthwhile.
