Tomato Yellow Empire is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid, distinguished by high yield and exceptional taste. From germination to the first harvest, it takes approximately 100 days. The plant is tall, reaching up to 200 cm, with long green leaves. The first flower forms after the 9th-10th leaf, and subsequent ones appear every 3 leaves. The flowers are simple and semi-complex, bearing 5 to 7 fruits. It is recommended to train the plant to 1-2 stems and provide support and pinching to securely hold heavy fruits. Planting density is 4 plants per square meter.
The fruits are very large, weighing from 250 to 450 grams, with a heart-shaped, slightly ribbed form and blunt apex. Their color is vivid yellow, the flesh is uniform, juicy, and oily, with minimal seeds. The skin is thin, making the fruits especially pleasant to taste. The flavor is fantastically sweet and unique, with pronounced fruity notes. Thanks to these qualities, the tomato is ideal for fresh consumption, salad preparation, appetizers, dish presentation, as well as for producing unusual-colored and flavored juice.
The hybrid is resistant to blossom end rot, root rot, and brown spot, ensuring a stable yield until late October. The plants tolerate temperature fluctuations, including low and high temperatures, allowing cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. Yield is at least 18 kg per square meter, making Yellow Empire a profitable and reliable choice for gardeners and farmers.
