Tomato VENICE ROSE

Tomato VENICE ROSE is an early-maturing salad hybrid of indeterminate type, meaning its tall growth habit and prolonged fruiting period. The plant features dark green medium-length leaves and simple flower clusters. Fruits are flat-round in shape, dense in structure, and slightly ribbed on the surface. Unripe fruits are green, while ripe fruits develop an attractive pink hue that gradually shifts from light pink to deep pink. Fruit weight ranges from 220-260 grams, ensuring good product uniformity. This hybrid is distinguished by excellent flavor and high yield, reaching 3.2 kg per square meter when grown in open ground. Due to the dense fruit structure, VENICE ROSE tomatoes exhibit high transportability and long shelf life, maintaining their market appearance during prolonged storage and transport. Fruits are resistant to cracking, further enhancing their quality and appeal to consumers. VENICE ROSE is suitable for cultivation under various conditions, including open ground and polyethylene or glass greenhouses. Vertical cultivation with support structures and trellises is recommended. The hybrid requires minimal care, making it popular among farmers. It thrives during early spring and late summer-early autumn periods, providing a stable and extended fruiting season. The breeder of this variety is BEIJING ZHONGNONG LUHENG SEEDS SCI-TECH CO. LTD from China.
