Tomato THREE BEARS

Tomato THREE BEARS is a mid-early determinate hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground and under plastic covers. The period from germination to flowering takes approximately 105-108 days, with plants reaching a height of 60 cm in open ground and 1 meter under plastic. The first flower cluster forms after 7-8 leaves, followed by clusters spaced one leaf apart, each containing 3-6 fruits weighing 200-250 grams. The fruits are round and bright red, distinguished by excellent taste with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, making them ideal for fresh consumption. The hybrid is highly productive: in open ground, it yields 6-8 kg per square meter, and under plastic covers, it reaches 12-15 kg, with some data indicating up to 23-25 kg over the entire fruiting period. Plants are lightly branched, simplifying care and harvest. The tomato is resistant to diseases and has good transportability, expanding its use not only for home consumption but also for processing. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown at the end of March, with transplanting in the 1-2 true leaf stage. Seedlings are planted under plastic in mid-May and in open ground at the beginning of June, with a seedling age of 60-65 days. The optimal planting scheme is 50x40 cm. Timely watering, regular weeding, soil loosening, and mineral fertilizer applications are necessary for good growth and abundant fruiting. The hybrid is low-maintenance and suitable even for novice gardeners.
