The Palace tomato is an early-maturing indeterminate variety with high yield and large fruit size. The plant reaches a height of about 1.2 meters and requires pruning to 2-3 stems for optimal growth. This variety grows successfully both in open ground and in greenhouses, showing resistance to temperature stress, sudden weather changes, and common tomato diseases. Fruit ripening takes approximately 90-100 days after germination, allowing for a quick harvest.

The fruits of the Palace tomato have a round-oval shape with slight ribbing near the stem, uniform in size and rich red color. Each fruit can weigh up to 600 grams. The flesh is multi-chambered, fleshy, with a small number of seeds, covered by a dense, thin skin, which ensures good transportability and market appearance. The taste is sweet-sour, pleasant and distinctly flavorful, making it an excellent choice for fresh consumption.

It is recommended for making salads, assorted dishes, ketchup, sauces, pasta, and juices, where all its flavor qualities are fully expressed.
