Tomato Zabava is a tall, medium-early variety with an unusual fruit shape and high yield. The plant is indeterminate with a flexible stem that requires mandatory staking and pinching. The bush reaches a height of 1.5 to 2 meters and forms up to 14 flower clusters with abundant fruiting, each containing 8-10 or more fruits. The variety is resistant to unfavorable growing conditions and demonstrates tolerance to common diseases, making it suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and outdoors, including on trellises. Tomato Zabava fruits have a distinctive pepper-like, elongated, and ridged shape with a split at the tip. Their weight ranges from 180 to 230 grams, with a length of 12-14 cm. The color of ripe fruits is deep red, with dense, fleshy flesh, lacking a white core, uniform and aromatic. Tomatoes have a pleasant sweet-tart flavor and small seeds. Fruits do not crack during growth and ripening, contributing to their long storage life and good transportability over long distances. The main use of the Zabava variety is fresh consumption, especially in salads, as well as for canning and making purée. The time from germination to harvest is about 110 days. With proper care and favorable conditions, one plant can yield up to 6-7 kg of fruit. The seeds of this variety retain their properties in subsequent generations, allowing for self-collection for future cultivation.
