Tomato STO PUDOV

Tomato Sto Pudov is a high-yielding mid-early variety with a vegetation period of about 110-125 days. This variety features an indeterminate bush type, reaching up to 180-200 centimeters in greenhouse conditions, and more compact plants up to 150 centimeters in open ground. For optimal growth, it is recommended to form the bush into one or two stems with mandatory support and regular pruning. The leaves are dark green, medium to large in size, which promotes good photosynthesis and fruit development.

The fruits of tomato Sto Pudov have a characteristic pear shape with pronounced ribbing at the stem attachment and a bright red color when ripe. The weight of one tomato varies from 150 to 300 grams, making them large-fruited. The flesh is meaty, juicy, and moderately dense, with a small number of seeds, and a thin but firm skin that reliably protects against cracking. The flavor is delicate, richly sweet with a slight acidity, due to high sugar, lycopene, and beta-carotene content. Yield reaches 8.5-9 kilograms per square meter.

The Sto Pudov variety is versatile in use: fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, canning in slices, and juice preparation. Thanks to good transportability and ability to ripen quickly at room temperature after harvest, this tomato is convenient for cultivation in plastic greenhouses and open ground in warm-climate regions. Additionally, the variety is resistant to major solanaceous diseases, simplifying care and increasing yield stability.
