Tomato Solntsedar

Early Harvest Performance

The 'Solntsedar' tomato variety by 'Ooo Agroni' is a strategic asset for commercial growers focusing on early-season market entry. Being an indeterminate type, it requires proper trellis support and management, which pays off through continuous high-intensity fruit production. The variety is engineered for consistent yields in both open-field conditions and tunnel greenhouses.

Technical Specifications and Field Application

• Maturity cycle: With a 90–100 day maturation period, it hits the market early when demand and pricing are typically at their peak.
• Fruit quality: The 80–100g fruits have a distinct flat-round shape, making them highly suitable for standardized packaging and wholesale logistics. Their skin durability ensures shelf-life stability during transport.
• Yield Potential: At a recommended density of 40,000 to 60,000 plants per hectare, producers can reach yield benchmarks of 70–100 tons per hectare.

Successful cultivation of 'Solntsedar' relies heavily on optimized drip irrigation and nutrient management. Pruning to a single stem is recommended to improve air circulation and sunlight penetration, significantly reducing disease pressure. 'Ooo Agroni' provides this variety for farmers seeking a balance between rapid maturity and predictable, high-volume production for fresh markets.
