The Saluozo tomato variety is a medium-early determinate bush-type plant, reaching a height of 60 to 100 centimeters. The vegetative period is 101-110 days from transplanting, allowing for harvest within relatively short timeframes. The plant forms 8 to 10 fruit clusters with oval-shaped fruits resembling elongated plums. Fruit weight typically ranges from 80 to 100 grams, with individual specimens reaching up to 250 grams. The fruit skin is tough, ensuring good transportability and minimizing damage risk.
