Salyut

The tomato variety Salut is a medium-early determinate variety recommended for cultivation in open ground. The plant is low-growing, 24 to 38 cm tall, lightly leafed, with simple inflorescences. The first inflorescence forms above the 6th-7th leaf, subsequent ones appear every 1-2 leaves. Leaves are medium-sized and green. Fruits have a plum-like shape, smooth and firm, bright red in color, weighing 36 to 47 grams. The flavor of fresh fruits is good, making them an excellent choice for salad preparation and whole-fruit canning. The yield of this variety reaches 6-8 kg per square meter, and the fruits are characterized by stable yield and good transportability.
