Tomato RED RED

Focus on early harvest: "Krasnym Krasno" tomato

In the segment of indeterminate tomatoes, the "Krasnym Krasno" variety from the "Heterozisnaya Selektsiya" company occupies a niche of early-maturing large-fruited hybrids. Developed by the team of Anatoly Aliluev and Tatyana Shtaynert, this variety is aimed at growers seeking high-quality yields exceeding 200 grams in a very short timeframe, without waiting for the peak of the season.

Agrobiological characteristics

This variety belongs to the indeterminate category, which implies unlimited stem growth. This characteristic dictates the need for vine training and mandatory staking, making it an ideal choice for greenhouses and film tunnels, where vertical cultivation maximizes land usage efficiency.

• Ripening speed: a vegetation period of up to 90 days from germination, placing the variety in the ultra-early group.
• Fruit parameters: a classic round shape combined with an intense red color makes the fruits highly attractive for market sale.
• Size: a consistent weight of over 200 grams makes the variety perfect for fresh consumption, salads, and home cooking.

Purpose and cultivation strategy

"Krasnym Krasno" was designed as a tool for obtaining high-quality produce where speed is critical. Through the efforts of the "Heterozisnaya Selektsiya" breeders, it has been possible to combine large fruit size with early ripening, which is a challenging task for indeterminate tomatoes. Using this seed material is most effective in protected ground conditions, where precise nutrition and pruning allow the plant to fully realize its genetic potential. The round fruits possess excellent marketability and uniformity, simplifying logistics and retail sales.
