About product
Description
The fruits of tomato Philippok have round or slightly flattened shape, smooth and glossy surface, and are colored in rich red. The weight of one tomato ranges from 25–30 grams to 100 grams, making the variety versatile for various purposes. The taste of the fruits features pleasant acidity and moderate sweetness, with sugar content up to 2.5%, which is characteristic of salad varieties. Tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, and also look great in preservation and processing.
The variety is distinguished by high yield and resistance to short-term temperature drops. Up to five plants can be planted per square meter, allowing efficient use of the plot area. With proper agronomic practices, one square meter can yield 2 to 2.5 kilograms of marketable fruits with a yield up to 92%. For an earlier harvest, it is recommended to grow seedlings; sowing seeds should be conducted 50–60 days before transplanting at an optimal germination temperature of 23–25°С.
