The tomato variety Sozvezdie Kozeroga is a medium-early determinate plant reaching a height of 90-100 cm. This variety grows successfully both in open ground and under plastic covers, making it versatile for various climatic conditions. The plant requires staking and pruning, is usually grown on 1-2 stems with mandatory suckering and regular watering, as well as feeding with complex mineral fertilizers to achieve maximum yield.
The fruits of the Sozvezdie Kozeroga variety are large, flat-round, smooth, and firm, with an average weight of 250-300 g, sometimes reaching 400 g. Unripe fruits are green, turning orange upon ripening. Each cluster forms 3 to 5 fruits, each with excellent taste and containing 6 or more seed cavities. To improve pollination, it is recommended to shake the plants periodically.
The time from germination to the beginning of fruiting is 110-112 days, which classifies this variety as medium-early. Sowing seedlings is recommended 50-60 days before transplanting to the open ground at an optimal germination temperature of 23-25°C. When transplanting into open ground, plant 3 plants per 1 m².
