Tomato PARENT'S HOUSE

Harvest Architecture: The Potential of Indeterminate Growth

The "Roditelskiy DOM" tomato from NPO "Sad i Ogorod" is a prime example of breeding focused on maximizing biomass output per unit area. The indeterminate growth habit of this hybrid requires disciplined bush management from the agronomist, yet this very characteristic allows for the efficient use of vertical space in greenhouses or trellis systems.

Fruit Morphology and Maturation Dynamics

A vegetation period of 100-120 days places this crop in the mid-season segment. The primary focus here is the formation of a large-fruit fraction: when agronomic practices are followed, fruits consistently exceed the 200-gram mark. The flat-round geometry of the tomato minimizes internal voids, ensuring high flesh density. The deep red color indicates a balanced accumulation of lycopene and sugars.

Production Efficiency

• A potential yield of up to 70-100 tons per hectare makes the variety attractive for intensive farming operations.
• Operational toolkit: Maintaining the stated productivity requires organized drip irrigation and fertigation adapted to the active fruiting phase.
• Structural advantage: Genetically determined fruit shape stability reduces the percentage of substandard products during transport.

The seed material from NPO "Sad i Ogorod" undergoes pre-sale calibration, which guarantees high germination energy and uniform seedling emergence. This hybrid is the choice for those who prioritize the balance between the commercial appearance of a large fruit and high gross yield per plant.
