Tomato variety «Alaya Zarya» is a universal indeterminate type suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. The plants are tall and vigorous, reaching heights of 1.6 to 2.5 meters, with thick stems and drooping leaves. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to prune the plant into one or two stems with mandatory support, as well as regular feeding and care, including pinching, watering, and ventilation. Seedlings are sown 45-60 days before transplanting, and planted in the soil when the temperature is above +12-14 °C, with a spacing of 50-60 cm between plants. The fruits of tomato «Alaya Zarya» are large, heart-shaped, weighing 450-600 grams, pink in color with distinctive yellow «shoulders». They have a sweet, rich, and delicate flavor, with juicy, meaty flesh. Due to their excellent taste and decorative qualities, these tomatoes are ideal for fresh consumption, salads, juices, sauces, and full-fruit canning of smaller fruits. The fruit ripening period is medium-length, extended over 2-2.5 months, allowing for a prolonged harvest. The «Alaya Zarya» variety is characterized by good resistance to diseases and frost, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions, including greenhouses and covered plots. However, the fruits of this variety are not resistant to cracking, requiring careful care and timely harvesting.
