MARY

Tomato Mary is a high-yielding mid-season variety, characterized by a strong bushy plant type and a plant height of 0.8 to 1.2 meters under greenhouse conditions. The leaves are large, dark green, and wrinkled, contributing to good foliage and resistance to adverse conditions. The flower clusters are simple, and the variety does not require pinching, simplifying care and cultivation, including container growing.

The fruits of Tomato Mary have a plum-like shape and weigh between 100 to 180 grams. Their skin is green with dark green streaks and speckled yellow hues, giving them an attractive appearance. The flesh is dense, with a waxy yet tender texture, possessing a balanced flavor with a predominance of sweetness and a low seed content. The inner flesh color resembles kiwi, highlighting the uniqueness of the variety.

The variety is distinguished by high yield — up to 6 kg of fruit can be harvested from one plant. It tolerates both drought and excess soil moisture, and the fruits do not crack even with heavy watering. Early maturing, it ripens approximately 90–95 days after germination, making it suitable for both fresh consumption and processing and juice production. Due to its characteristics, Tomato Mary is an excellent choice for cultivation under various conditions and meets the needs of both hobbyists and professional vegetable growers.
