MALEK

Tomato MALEK is an early indeterminate hybrid with a vegetation period of 70-75 days. The plant is strong and tall, with short internodes, ensuring compactness and ease of cultivation. Fruits are round, averaging 150-170 grams, dense, red, and lack a green spot at the stem attachment. Due to their density, tomatoes withstand transportation well and have high storability, making them convenient for storage and sale.

Hybrid MALEK exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including cladosporiosis, verticillium wilt, tobacco mosaic virus, and nematodes. This significantly simplifies plant care and increases yield. Thanks to these qualities, the variety is suitable for both open field and protected cultivation.

Additionally, there is a variant intended for home cultivation — a compact super-determinate tomato with a plant height of about 25-30 cm. Fruits of this variant are small, approximately 2-2.5 cm in diameter, very sweet and juicy, forming clusters. For successful home cultivation, it is recommended to use long rectangular containers of about 3 liters in volume with a spacing of 35-40 cm between plants, as well as provide supplemental lighting during winter to accelerate ripening and improve fruit flavor.
