The tomato variety Elizaveta is a medium-early, medium-height or low-growing bush, reaching 70-80 cm in open ground and up to 3 m or more in greenhouses. The plant features strong, thick stems and large dark green leaves. In open ground, it is recommended to form the bush into three stems, and in greenhouses — into two, which promotes optimal growth and fruiting. Fruit set is in clusters, with 4 to 5 fruits typically forming in each cluster.

The fruits of tomato Elizaveta are large, meaty, flat-round in shape with a pearly sheen and pink color. Fruit weight varies from 300-400 g to 500-1000 g, making them ideal for steak use. The fruits are multi-chambered, dense, do not crack, and lack green spotting at the stem end.
