Tomato ELIZAVETINSKY

The Elizavetinsky tomato variety is a medium-early, low or medium-height determinate bush, ranging from 70 cm to 1.2 m in height, requiring support. The plant is well-leafed with large dark green leaves and thick stems. The variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to a complex of diseases, making it adaptable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. In open ground, bushes are usually trained to three stems, while in greenhouses, it is recommended to limit to two stems for optimal development.

The fruits of the Elizavetinsky tomato have round or flat-round shape, weighing from 200 to 1000 grams depending on growing conditions. They possess a dense, glossy skin, ensuring good storability and transportability. Fruit color varies from red-pink to bright red with a pearl-like sheen, without green spot at the stem attachment. The flesh is juicy, fleshy, multi-chambered, with classic tomato flavor, sweet and aromatic, making them ideal for fresh consumption, various dishes, and juices.

Fruiting is in clusters, typically forming 4-5 fruits per cluster. The variety is distinguished by a long fruiting period and high fruitfulness. Due to its flavor qualities and disease resistance, the Elizavetinsky tomato is an excellent choice for both personal consumption and commercial cultivation.
