Description DASTARHAN
The tomato variety Dastarhan is a medium-maturing indeterminate variety, intended for cultivation in protected ground, including greenhouses and plastic coverings. The plant reaches a height of 150-170 cm, forms a single stem, and requires mandatory staking and pinching. The leaves are long and dark green, and the inflorescences are intermediate. The peduncle has a joint, which facilitates harvesting.

The fruits of the Dastarhan variety are round, slightly ribbed, medium density, weighing from 100 to 120 grams. Immature fruits have a green color with a dark green spot, while mature fruits turn brown-red with a characteristic brown spot at the peduncle. The flesh is maroon-red, very tasty and aromatic, making this variety especially attractive for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and canning.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 11.5 kg per square meter — as well as prolonged and abundant fruiting. It is resistant to various diseases, including cladosporiosis, and tolerates both heat and cold well. Due to its low maintenance requirements and excellent taste qualities, the Dastarhan tomato is suitable for cultivation both indoors and in gardens.
