CHERNOMOR

The Chernomor tomato variety is a high-yielding salad-type variety with exotic dark burgundy-brown, almost black fruit color. The fruits are round, smooth, juicy, and succulent, weighing from 300 to 400 grams, and feature a sweet and very pleasant flavor. This variety leads in fruit size among "black" tomatoes and can yield up to 4 kg per plant.

The plant reaches a height of 1.5 to 2.5 meters depending on growing conditions and requires mandatory suckering and staking for proper shaping and support of the plant. Chernomor is a medium-ripening variety, with a period from germination to the onset of fruiting of approximately 115-120 days. The plant is determinate, which simplifies care and harvesting.

The tomato fruits have a dense skin that well protects them from cracking, contributing to long-term storage and transportation. The variety is rich in the antioxidant lycopene, making it beneficial for children's and dietary nutrition.
