Description GAIDAS
Tomato Gaïdas — a medium-maturing variety intended for cultivation in open ground. The period from germination to the start of ripening is approximately 113–116 days. The plant is determinate, semi-compact, with a main stem height of 52–60 cm and medium leafiness. Fruits have a round shape with a slightly ribbed structure and red coloration. Fruit mass ranges from 71 to 126 grams, most commonly 101–114 grams.

The variety is characterized by high yield and fruit quality, reaching yields of 27.7 to 75 tons per hectare depending on growing conditions. The percentage of marketable fruits is 84–97%, indicating high harvest quality. Flavor qualities of the tomatoes are excellent, both fresh and in tomato products. Dry matter content in juice is 5.4–6.8%, and total sugar content is 2.3–3.3%, ensuring a pleasant taste and aroma of the product.

Tomato Gaïdas possesses several advantages, including resistance to overripening and high transportability, allowing fruits to retain freshness for extended periods on the plant and during transportation. These qualities make the variety suitable for both fresh consumption and processing into tomato products, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield.
