Description
BLACK CHOCOLATE — this is an indeterminate tomato variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected conditions, including polyethylene greenhouses. The plant is tall, reaching up to 200 cm in height, and requires staking for proper formation. The vegetation period varies from 100 to 115 days depending on growing conditions, making it a medium-early or early-maturing variety.
The fruits of the BLACK CHOCOLATE variety are small, round, with even dark brown coloration and a characteristic green spot at the stem. Their weight ranges from 15 to 28 grams, and 10 to 12 fruits form on one cluster. The flesh is sweet, juicy, with a distinct aroma and brown-red hue, making them appealing for fresh consumption.
This variety is versatile in application: the fruits are suitable for whole-fruit canning, freezing, and culinary presentation. Due to their flavor qualities and decorative appearance, BLACK CHOCOLATE tomatoes will be an excellent choice for enthusiasts of unusual varieties and professional gardeners.
