Fruit ripening occurs 95-105 days after mass emergence. Tomato Balzam fruits are flat-round, large, weighing about 300 grams, and bright red. They are characterized by juiciness, aroma, and good taste, making them ideal for fresh consumption. The clusters are complex, contributing to high yield.

The variety is distinguished by high productivity — in greenhouse cultivation, yields can reach up to 12-13 kg per square meter. Tomato Balzam is resistant to diseases and well-adapted to various climatic conditions, allowing cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses.
