Tomato Yantarnyy Korol

Yield potential and management

When working with planting material from Agrotechnological Firm Agros, it becomes clear that the "Yantarny Korol" (Amber King) variety is designed for growers who prioritize marketability and predictable results. When properly managed, this tomato provides a steady harvest within a 90-100 day window.

Commercial value and storage

The primary advantage of this variety is its fruit weight, which consistently exceeds 200 grams. The flat-round shape is convenient for packaging, and the bright yellow-orange color is a hit at the marketplace. However, for a farm owner, the real value lies in its durability. Excellent transportability means fewer losses during distribution. The ability to store the fruit for over 30 days provides flexibility, allowing you to wait for better market conditions rather than selling immediately at peak harvest time.

Practical tips for cultivation

• Growth control: Monitor the apical bud carefully to manage plant height and direct energy toward fruit development.
• Nutrition: Due to the large fruit size, this variety requires intensive potassium feeding during the fruiting phase.
• Harvesting: The fruit density makes handling easier, but careful picking is essential to maintain skin integrity for long-term storage.

In short, the "Yantarny Korol" by Agros is a professional tool for producing large, durable tomatoes that stand up to the rigors of modern agriculture.
