YELLOW CUPOLA

The tomato 'Yellow Cupola F1' is an early-maturing hybrid, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic cover. The vegetation period is 97–100 days, allowing harvest as early as August. The plant is determinate, moderately tall, reaching up to one meter in height. The first flowering cluster forms above the tenth leaf, and subsequent clusters appear every one to two leaves, contributing to high yield. Plants produce a stable yield even under varying weather conditions, including heat and prolonged rains. The fruits are large, meaty, and juicy, weighing 180–200 grams, sometimes up to 280 grams. They have a characteristic drop-shaped or heart-shaped form with a smooth, glossy amber-yellow skin. The flesh is dense, with thick walls and five seed chambers, rich in orange color. The tomatoes have a bright tomato aroma and an ideal balance of acidity and sweetness, making them especially tasty. The skin is thin, yet the fruits are not prone to cracking. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to fungal diseases such as verticillium and fusarium, significantly simplifying care and increasing harvest reliability. Plants require standard care: infrequent watering after the root ball dries, 4–5 feedings with nitrogen and phosphorus-potassium fertilizers, plus hilling in the first weeks after transplanting. Yield is approximately 6.4 kg from four plants, making 'Yellow Cupola' an excellent choice for gardeners seeking an early and abundant harvest of large, flavorful tomatoes.
