AMBER HEART

Tomato "Amber Heart" is an early hybrid with a maturation period from seedling to harvest of 85-90 days. The plant is determinate, medium-leafed, reaching a height of 90-110 cm. The first flower cluster forms above the 5th-6th leaf, subsequent clusters appear every 1-2 leaves. Clusters are simple, containing 5-7 fruits weighing 150-190 grams. Fruits have a characteristic heart-shaped form with a slightly ribbed structure, dense and firm, ensuring high transportability and excellent taste qualities. The color of ripe fruits is golden-orange, due to high beta-carotene content (up to 3.5 mg per 100 g of raw material), as well as low acidity. These characteristics make tomatoes "Amber Heart" ideal for dietary nutrition and daily consumption in raw form. The variety is versatile in use: fruits are suitable for making salads and canning, while retaining their rich flavor and beneficial properties.
