Tomato ALTAI HEART-EATER

Tomato 'Altaï Heart-Eater' is an early determinate variety with limited growth, reaching 60–80 cm. Compact bushes with frequent inflorescence placement, each bearing 4 to 6 fruits. Recommended to support plants and form 2–4 stems depending on growing conditions. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary film coverings or in greenhouses.

The fruits have a characteristic heart shape with a small tip, bright red color, and shiny, tough skin. Average weight per fruit ranges from 150 to 240 grams. The flesh is dense with a classic sweet-tart flavor. Tomatoes are resistant to cracking, store well for up to two weeks, and withstand transportation well, making them convenient for sale and processing.

The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 3.5 kg per plant with proper care. It is resistant to major tomato diseases, including phytophthora, fungal and viral infections, significantly simplifying cultivation. Fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, making early salads, and canning.
