Tomato Alphonse is a high-yielding early mid-season determinate hybrid with a ripening period from seedlings to fruits of about 100-110 days. Plants are compact, tall, generative type, form up to three stems on one bush. The first inflorescence is laid above the 6th-7th leaf, and subsequent ones — through 1-2 leaves, which ensures stable and uniform fruiting. The recommended planting density is 4 plants per square meter, with mandatory formation of a bush into three stems and pinching for optimal development.

The fruits of tomato Alphonse have an intensely red color and pear-shaped form with a characteristic spout. They are two-chambered, weighing from 30 to 40 grams, with a high content of dry matter, which gives them excellent taste qualities. Tomatoes are suitable for various uses: fresh consumption, whole fruit canning, drying, freezing, as well as making juices and sauces. From 8 to 14 aligned and highly commercial fruits form in the brush, which contributes to the high marketability of the crop.

The variety is distinguished by its resistance to the main diseases of tomatoes, including tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), bacterial cancer and alternariosis, which significantly facilitates care and increases the reliability of cultivation. Alphonse is versatile in use and suitable for growing both in open and protected ground. The yield reaches more than 15 kg per square meter in the open areas and more than 20 kg in the protected ones, which makes this hybrid attractive to gardeners and farmers seeking to obtain a quality and stable harvest.
