HEART OF AMOUR

The 'Heart of Amour' tomato variety is a medium-maturing, high-yielding determinate variety with a strong stem reaching 150 to 180 cm in height and dark green foliage. The fruits have a distinctive heart-shaped form and are characterized by a vibrant red color, weighing between 300 to 500 grams. The flesh is juicy, very sweet, and has a pronounced tomato aroma, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and adverse weather conditions, ensuring a stable yield. It is recommended to train the plants into three stems for optimal growth and fruiting. The fruits exhibit good resistance to cracking, facilitating their transportation and storage.

'Heart of Amour' is suitable not only for fresh consumption but also for whole-fruit canning. Due to its juicy and sugary flesh, these tomatoes are ideal for preparing salads, freezing, and making tomato paste.
