Tomato variety 'Belbek' is a new Crimean variety created by crossing 'Arбуznyy' and 'Elberta persikovaya' varieties. This hybrid is late-maturing, determinate type, with semi-vertical green leaf arrangement and simple inflorescence. Fruits have a flat-round shape and red color when ripe, with an average fruit weight ranging from 110 to 180 grams. The variety is characterized by large fruit size and suitability for salad use, as well as juicy flesh with high vitamin C and dry matter content, providing excellent taste qualities.
'Belbek' is characterized by high yield — up to 10.4 kg per square meter, and its vegetation period lasts about 95 days, making it an early-maturing variety.
