Tobacco TRAPEZOND 204

TRAPEZOND 204 is a classic cut tobacco variety, renowned for its high quality and stable characteristics. The variety is mid-season, meaning the period from planting to the maturity of the leaves of the last harvest is about 100 days. Plants reach a height of 1.5–2.0 m, and the leaves are large – 40–45 cm long and 20–21 cm wide, which ensures a rich aroma and full-bodied taste when smoked.

The key advantage of TRAPEZOND 204 lies in its resistance to the main tobacco diseases: black root rot, tobacco mosaic, and downy mildew. Such protection allows for a cleaner harvest with fewer losses and reduces the need for aggressive chemical agents. As a result, the raw material maintains a high degree of quality, which is important for the production of cut tobacco blends.

The variety is characterized by a stable taste and aroma typical of classic tobacco: soft sweetness, a slightly nutty note, and a pleasant strawberry note. Thanks to these properties, TRAPEZOND 204 is widely used in the production of various types of cut tobacco blends and is valued by lovers of traditional tobacco for its reliability and predictable profile.
