A Spicy Addition to Your Garden

The 'Monark' tarragon from Agrofirma Poisk is the perfect choice for those who prioritize intense flavor and aroma in their herbs. This variety consistently delivers high yields, whether grown in open soil or greenhouses, developing robust bushes with dense, lush foliage.

Practical Applications for Your Farm

• Culinary Arts: 'Monark' is ideal for crafting classic sauces, marinades for poultry, and signature seasoning blends. Its vivid, spicy aroma remains stable even during heat treatment, making it a reliable ingredient for professional-grade cooking.
• Preservation: The leaves are a staple for home canning. Due to the high essential oil content, 'Monark' branches provide excellent flavor enhancement for pickled vegetables while assisting in shelf-life preservation.
• Health and Wellbeing: Traditionally used for its tonic properties, this herb is a rich source of vitamins, serving as a valuable nutritional supplement during the off-season.

Agrofirma Poisk developed 'Monark' to be highly resilient, showing excellent vigor and adaptability to varying climate conditions. It is an efficient, long-term crop that thrives in the same patch for 5–7 years. The plant is undemanding regarding soil type, although it reaches maximum productivity in well-drained locations with moderate irrigation. Regular harvesting encourages new growth, allowing for multiple cuts throughout the season, providing a constant supply of aromatic greens for fresh use, drying, or freezing.
