FLORIDA

Florida is an annual climbing plant from the legume family, known for its strong and pleasant aroma. It can grow to a height of 1 to 2 meters, and its branched shoots are equipped with tentacles-hooklets that easily cling to any support, making it ideal for vertical greening.

Florida flowers are large and gathered in loose racemes. They come in various shades – from classic lilac to carmine and other garden colors. Each inflorescence consists of 3–5 bright petals, and the keel has a rounded, slightly ruffled appearance with wavy wings. Its medium-intensity aroma makes the plant popular both in decorative bouquets and in living walls.

Seeds can be sown in early spring; flowering begins 60–90 days after germination. The flowering period lasts from two to almost three months (62–78 days), while the plant demonstrates prolonged and abundant blooming. Florida is resistant to adverse weather conditions, diseases, and pests, and seeds maintain viability for up to five years, allowing for long-term planting planning.
