Description R 4 NA 1 MJ
The R 4 NA 1 MJ sunflower hybrid is a high-oleic variety with high oil content up to 54% and yield ranging from 35-45 centners per hectare, reaching potential yields of up to 52 centners per hectare. Medium-height plants with large leaves and yellow tubular flowers, medium-sized heads, thin and convex. The hybrid is resistant to false powdery mildew, downy mildew, and the herbicide Express®, ensuring reliable and stable yields. Optimal plant density is 65-70 thousand per hectare in forest-steppe regions and 60-65 thousand in steppe regions, which maximizes the crop’s potential.

To enhance productivity and plant health, it is recommended to use complex fertilizers specifically designed for sunflowers. These fertilizers contain a balanced combination of macro-, meso-, and microelements in chelated form, ensuring easy nutrient uptake. Application of such fertilizers promotes activation of metabolic processes at the cellular level, improves seed germination and energy of emergence, and stimulates root system development, including root hairs.

Moreover, complex fertilizers possess fungicidal properties, increasing plant resistance to extreme conditions and diseases. They can be applied both as pre-sowing seed treatments and as foliar feedings during the vegetation period. Use of such products increases sunflower yield by 3-5 centners per hectare, making cultivation of the R 4 NA 1 MJ hybrid more efficient and economically beneficial.
