Sunflower P63LL110 is an early-maturing hybrid developed by Pioneer and adapted to the ExpressSun® cultivation technology. The vegetative period is 105-110 days, enabling harvest within a short timeframe. The hybrid belongs to the linoleic type and features medium plant height, facilitating ease of agronomic management. Yield potential reaches 50-55 c/ha, with oil content at 48.5-51%, making it attractive for oilseed production.

One of the key features of P63LL110 is high resistance to various diseases and stress factors. The hybrid demonstrates resistance to sunflower downy mildew A–E, as well as very good resistance to false powdery mildew. It also exhibits high tolerance to Phomopsis, good resistance to stem and head rot, and resistance to verticillium wilt and leaf petiole wilting. The hybrid’s drought tolerance is rated as high, allowing successful cultivation under conditions of limited water supply.

Cultivation recommendations include optimal seeding density, which varies depending on conditions: under favorable conditions, 55-62 thousand plants per hectare are recommended, while under unfavorable conditions — 50-57 thousand plants per hectare. The hybrid tolerates dense planting well and is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Northern Steppe zones of Ukraine. Use of the ExpressSun® technology enables effective weed control with herbicides, contributing to increased yield and product quality.
