ONICS KL — this is a high-yielding mid-early hybrid of confectionery sunflower with black seeds, developed using Clearfield® technology. It features improved agronomic characteristics, enabling successful cultivation in various soil-climate zones. The hybrid exhibits high cold and drought resistance, as well as early growth start, promoting stable plant development and high yield.
ONICS KL seeds are suitable for both cleaned and uncleaned use, making this hybrid versatile for various markets. Due to resistance to false powdery mildew and effective weed and pest control when using Clearfield® herbicides, the hybrid provides reliable crop protection and contributes to increased cultivation profitability.
Maturation period is 105-112 days, plant height ranges from 145 to 175 cm, and seed length is 14-16 mm. Yield potential reaches 3.3-5.5 tons per hectare at optimal seeding density of 30-37 thousand plants per hectare. These characteristics make ONICS KL an attractive choice for producers aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality sunflower harvest.
