The Cobalt II sunflower hybrid from the breeding company Nuseed is a high-oleic variety with an early maturity period, taking 93-105 days. This hybrid is highly adaptable to planting dates and suitable for cultivation across all regions of Ukraine, including the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissya. Black seeds, packed at 150,000 per bag, ensure convenient sowing and optimal plant density — 55-65,000 per hectare.

Cobalt II exhibits high resistance to stressful conditions, such as drought and cold, making it a reliable choice for various climatic zones. Due to its sturdy, low-growing stem (150-180 cm) and well-developed root system, the hybrid is resistant to lodging. It also demonstrates excellent disease tolerance, including resistance to downy mildew (groups A-E) and non-true powdery mildew, as well as to the aphid. High initial growth intensity promotes rapid plant development and stable yields.

The potential yield of Cobalt II hybrid ranges from 3.2 to 5.3 tons per hectare, with oil content in seeds reaching 46-49%. The hybrid is grown using Clearfield technology, enabling effective weed control with the herbicide Erilight. Seed treatment is recommended with MAXIM XL 035FS or Cruiser for protection against diseases and pests. Payment is possible either on delivery or by bank transfer with VAT.
