Sunflower BD A 2105

Serbian Genetics for Consistent Yields

The BDA 2105 sunflower hybrid, offered by Bda Capital, represents the strength of Serbian breeding standards. Developed in collaboration with Solaris Hibridi D.O.O., this simple hybrid is specifically designed for early-maturing cropping systems that rely on intensive management and Euro-Lightning herbicide technology for weed control.

Agronomic Profile

A primary feature of BDA 2105 is its vegetative period of 90–100 days. In today’s unpredictable climate, this maturity cycle allows farmers to optimize their harvest schedules and avoid the heat stress often encountered during grain filling. With a height of 160–170 cm, the plant offers excellent manageability for harvesting equipment and demonstrates strong resistance to lodging under harsh weather conditions.

• Oil Content: 45–50%, ensuring high profitability for processing operations.
• Cultivation Technology: Resistance to imidazolinone herbicides (Euro-Lightning) effectively manages broomrape and a wide range of weeds during critical growth stages.

Market Positioning

BDA 2105 is positioned as a reliable solution for farmers operating in zones with moderate moisture availability. By leveraging the expertise of Solaris Hibridi and the distribution network of Bda Capital, this hybrid combines robust genetic potential with modern field requirements. It is an ideal choice for producers who prioritize high-quality performance, rapid development, and consistent weed control through advanced chemical protocols.
