HA 1200 K is a high-yield sunflower hybrid intended for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones. The plant belongs to the mid-maturing group with a growing season of 115-120 days and a height of 140-157 cm. The head is medium-large and convex, with black seeds featuring gray stripes, which are not large. The hybrid has a high oil content ranging from 49 to 52%, making it attractive to the oil industry. It is genetically resistant to several diseases, including downy mildew and rust, and has good resistance to sunflower stem nematode and sunflower moth, although it is weakly resistant to powdery mildew. The hybrid is also resistant to air and soil drought, ensuring yield stability under complex climatic conditions. HA 1200 K sunflower seeds are characterized by high germination (around 97%) and seedling vigor (95%), which guarantees good germination and plant development. Classical technology is used during cultivation, and seeds can be treated with growth stimulants and fungicides to enhance resistance and productivity. Yield potential ranges from 44 to 47 centners per hectare, confirming the hybrid's high productivity in field conditions. Specialized equipment is used for processing HA 1200 K sunflower seeds, providing comprehensive cleaning and dehulling. The process involves removing various impurities, dehulling, hull removal, and separation with re-separation to improve the quality of the final product. The equipment power is 14.59 kW at 380 V, with an input throughput of 0.5 to 0.8 tons per hour. The percentage of whole kernels after processing reaches 90% or more, with seed content in kernels not exceeding 2-5%. The equipment dimensions are 14.4 by 2.8 by 4.1 meters, and its mass is about 5 tons, ensuring efficient and quality sunflower processing.
