Sunflower AS 34106

Sunflower AS 34106 is a high-oleic hybrid intended for oil production. Its vegetative period is 103 days, allowing for a stable harvest at optimal times. Plants reach a height of about 165 cm, and the 1000-seed mass is 67 grams, indicating good seed quality. The hybrid features high initial growth energy and resistance to adverse factors such as cold, parasitic weed burclover, as well as diseases like phomopsis and rust. AS 34106 is recommended for direct sowing and has a yield potential of up to 5.4 tons per hectare. The optimal plant density at harvest depends on the growing region: in well-watered conditions, 70-75 thousand plants per hectare are recommended, while in areas with limited water — 60-70 thousand. This adaptability allows the hybrid to thrive under various climatic conditions, ensuring a stable and high yield. Sunflower seeds AS 34106 are produced by Ukrainian breeders and are highly adapted to local growing conditions. They are widely used in agricultural practice due to their resistance to diseases and pests, as well as high oil content. This hybrid is a reliable choice for farmers seeking quality raw material for the oil industry and effective use of land resources.
