Sugar beet L'GOVSKY MS 35

Field Performance of Lgovsky MS 35 Sugar Beet

When you start the season with the Lgovsky MS 35 hybrid from the Mazlumov All-Russian Research Institute of Sugar Beet and Sugar, you know you are dealing with a classic, reliable crop. As a standard-yield (NE) type, it behaves predictably in the field, which is essential for systematic farm management.

Practical Observations

From an operator's perspective, this hybrid stands out for its uniform crop density. This makes the planting process easier, as you can set your seeding equipment with confidence. The root geometry is consistent, ensuring smooth harvester performance and minimizing losses during the extraction phase. It is an honest, straightforward crop that responds well to standard agronomic practices.

Key Operational Factors

• Cultivation: The hybrid shows excellent response to well-timed fertilization and protection programs. Providing optimal nutrients is the key to reaching its full yield potential.
• Soil Health: It thrives in fertile, well-drained soils, showing resilience when agricultural timing is managed correctly.
• Harvestability: The roots are sturdy, making them easy to handle during mechanical harvesting and reducing physical damage during transport to the processing facility.

For those looking for a tried-and-tested solution in sugar beet production, this variety from the Mazlumov Institute is a reliable choice. It lacks the volatility of more demanding varieties, allowing for consistent production plans. If you adhere to the prescribed technical guidelines, you get the predictable yields that keep the business profitable year after year.
