LIMONNY

The «Limonny» variety is a very early-ripening and highly productive sorrel. The leaf rosette is erect, 35–38 cm in height, and the leaves are large, wide-elliptic, dark green in color. Thanks to its resistance to stem elongation, the plant can be used as vitamin greens throughout the season.

The taste of the leaves is characterized by a piquant flavor and slight acidity, with light citrus notes that make them especially attractive for cooking. These properties make «Limonny» an excellent ingredient for pie fillings and pies, as well as for confectionery, salads, and canned goods.

The seeds of the variety meet the requirements of GOST 32592-2013, which guarantees high quality of planting material. When grown in open ground, the harvest is collected when the leaves reach a length of about 10 cm, providing a convenient harvest time and maximum taste.
