Sorghum RM 214 is a high-yielding agricultural crop used for both grain production and forage purposes. The plant is characterized by its tall growth — up to 220-250 cm, with erect stems and 2-3 stems per plant. The stem is succulent, with juice yield up to 65% of total biomass, making sorghum valuable for producing green feed and silage. The vegetative period until wax maturity is about 105-115 days, and until full grain maturity — 120-125 days. The grain is large, brown, with a 1000-grain weight of 19 to 23 grams, ensuring high dry matter yield — 11 to 14.8 tons per hectare, and green mass yield — 55 to 76 tons per hectare.
