The insecticide Borey is a two-component product designed for effective control of a wide spectrum of chewing and sucking pests, including hidden insects. The active ingredients are imidacloprid at a concentration of 150 g/l and lambda-cyhalothrin 50 g/l, providing comprehensive action against pests through contact, ingestion, and systemic penetration into plants. This combination allows effective control even of pests that show resistance to pyrethroids and organophosphorus compounds.
The insecticide is available in the form of a concentrate suspension, facilitating its dilution and application. Borey is used on various agricultural crops, including sunflower, wheat, barley, rapeseed, soybean, corn, and tomatoes. The amount of working solution depends on the crop stage and type: during the seedling stage, 100 to 200 liters per hectare are recommended, while in other cases, 200 to 400 liters per hectare are used. The product is packaged in 5-liter containers.
The insecticide's action lasts on average 14 to 21 days, providing long-term protection for crops against pests. Due to its broad spectrum of action and high efficacy, Borey is a reliable tool for protecting sunflower and other agricultural crops from various insect species, helping to preserve yield and improve its quality.
