Belgrad

Sunflower Belgrad is an exclusive hybrid with high yield potential, adapted to various climatic conditions in Ukraine. Its vegetation period is 106-110 days, allowing the hybrid to thrive in regions such as Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe. Belgrad is distinguished by high drought, disease, and resistance to the flea beetle, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.

The hybrid is characterized by high oil content in seeds, reaching 50-52%, making it attractive for oil production. Yield potential is approximately 55-56 centners per hectare, and the 1000-seed mass varies within 60-70 grams. Optimal plant density at harvest depends on the region and ranges from 42 to 54 thousand plants per hectare, promoting maximum area utilization and increased productivity.

Belgrad is developed with consideration for classical cultivation technology and is suitable for various soil types, making it a versatile choice for farmers. High adaptability and resistance to adverse factors enable consistent yields even under challenging conditions, confirming its popularity among sunflower producers in Ukraine.
