Yakhont

The Yakhont lettuce is a mid-season head type variety that matures approximately 57 days from germination to head formation. The plant's rosette is semi-lifted, with a diameter of about 25 cm. The lettuce leaves are intensely colored with a reddish tint and anthocyanin coloring, featuring a weakly wrinkled surface. The leaves have a dense and oily consistency, giving the lettuce a pleasant texture and excellent taste.

The Yakhont lettuce head is compact, flat-round, of medium density, with a mass of about 410 grams and a size of approximately 14 by 16 cm. Due to its characteristics, the variety is resistant to bolting, making it a reliable choice for growing in open ground. The variety's yield ranges from 4.1 to 4.3 kg per square meter, indicating its high productivity.

This lettuce is valued for its optimal ratio of vitamins, mineral salts, and trace elements, making it a healthy and nutritious product.
