Description VENDETTA
VENDETTA — a mid-season variety of leaf cut-and-come-again lettuce, which reaches market readiness 55-56 days after sowing. This variety is recommended for open-field cultivation and features a semi-vertical leaf arrangement. The leaves are large, reddish in color with an anthocyanin hue, having a delicate oily texture and a wrinkled surface, which gives the lettuce an attractive appearance and pleasant taste.

The plant's rosette reaches a height of about 20 cm and a medium diameter of 25 cm, while the mass of one plant is approximately 380 grams. The lettuce's taste is distinguished by high quality and delicacy, making it an excellent choice for fresh salads and other culinary applications. For planting, a scheme of 25x25 cm is recommended, which ensures optimal space for the development of each plant.

Sowing seeds can be done directly into the ground in April-May, or for seedlings in March-April with subsequent transplanting in May. To form a strong and healthy rosette, regular and moderate watering is required, which prevents both waterlogging and soil drying out. The variety possesses resistance to bolting, which contributes to stable yields, reaching 3.7-3.9 kg per square meter.
